We may terminate services if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that prevents us from fulfilling our professional obligations.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide you with any work completed to date. Confidentiality obligations and payment obligations survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
